★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible horrible horrible clinic. With a filthy doctor called Dr. Marwa Lotfy. She shouldn’t even employed at a high clinic just as this. Then again this isn’t a high clinic as pretty as it may seem it’s horrible in so many ways . And this doctor marwa She is beyond horrible and not to mention hideous inside and out. Also The staff are basically pointless and useless.
No one should to go this clinic for their own sake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly one of the most horrible experience at a clinic that claims to be one of the best. There’s so much wrong with this clinic from horrible customer service and some of the worst doctors you could ever met. There’s one doctor Dr. Marwa Lotfy, who is beyond horrible. This doctor has no morals for the patient and no manners at all. She not only failed to tell me how the process would turn out like but also denied my rights to my appointment claiming that I never booked an appointment even though I had proof of my appointment. Nevertheless she left, to be fair she can barely be considered a doctor. I’m glad for my last appointment I did not have to Endure it with a doctor with low morels such as her. She only aims to rob innocent patients of their money and time. What makes the situation worse is that the receptionists are equally useless in aiding the patients.
I truely thought that a clinic such as this would at the very least have a respectable staff. I honestly advise people to stir clear from Dr. Marwa Lotfy and this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first visit was so nice. The team were welcoming and cooperative. The Clinc is nice and relaxing. Everything was perfect. Dr. Samar alqadi the most professional and helpful dentist I’ve ever visited in Saudi. I am her Clint since 2017. I visited her almost in all the Andalusia branches she worked at. I highly recommend her.

I am always thoroughly impressed by her expertise and kindness during my appointments.
She is very professional and has a naturally lovely personality. she takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. She is the best dentist I have ever had.
