وسياسه الإرجاع والاستبدال يوم واحد !!
هل يعقل اني برجع بنفس اليوم البضاعه او استبدلها وبضاعه بنفس حالتها المشتراه( لم تفك او تستعمل )
انا من خارج القصيم وندمت اني تعاملت معهم
يهمه فقط!! يبيع منتج وليس كسب عميل

لأنهم ما يتحملون مسؤولية وصول المنتجات سليمة
إذا وصلك المنتج خربان يقولون لك من شركة الشحن وحنا ما لنا دخل ، تبي منتج ثاني تحمل تكاليف شحنه لنا وإذا وصلنا ادفع مبلغ زيادة للمنتج البديل ونشحنه لك ..!!
للأسف سياسة وتعامل أسوأ من السيء ..
من سنوات طويلة أطلب من مواقع عالمية ومحلية وجميعهم تعامل ممتاز ، أول مرة أواجه مثل هالمشكلة ..
دفعت مبلغ على الفاضي ..
اللي يبي يرمي فلوسه في الزبالة يطلب منهم وهو خارج القصيم ..
