Thank you to the employee Ahmed Asiri. Thank you to all the staff. The hotel is frankly classy, one of them is a distinguished service and understanding. The hotel is very nice, clean, the price is appropriate, I recommend it
S	Sultan Altassan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ حجزت قبل اسبوعين شقه و غرفه ، جاي من القصيم سياره يوم الوصول الساعه ١٢ الظهر و انا بالطريق اتصل موظف الفندق بعرض ترقيه للغرفه و جاري تجهيزها و تنظيفها . وافقت للاسف . وصلت ينبع الساعه ٤ العصر و الغرفه لم تجهز !!؟ ما استلمت الغرفه الى بعد الساعه ٦ المغرب .تاخييير في الخدمه سي جدا . الغرف مطله على محطه بنزين الدور الثاني ( رغم طلبي بغرف هادئه ) . ازعاج غير طبيعي . تطلب خدمه يجيك العامل بعد اقل شي ٤٥ دقيقه . العماله مشغولين في جوالاتهم اثناء خدمه النزيل مقاطع صوتيه ارسال و استقبال بصوت عالي حتى في المصعد . اول و اخر تجربه ، نهائيا لا انصح فيه خصوصا لراغبي الهدوء او من معاه عائله . I booked two weeks ago an apartment and a room, a car is coming from Qassim on the day of arrival at 12 noon and I am on the road. I did not receive the room until after 6 pm. The service delay is very bad. The rooms overlook the gas station on the second floor (despite my request for quiet rooms). Abnormal disturbance. Ask for a service, and the worker will come to you after as little as 45 minutes. The workers are busy on their mobiles while serving the guest. Audio clips are sent and received loudly, even in the elevator. The first and last experience, I absolutely do not recommend it, especially for those who want peace or those with a family.
R	Raed Almohammadi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ من أروع وأفخم وأنظف الفنادق اللي زرتها في ينبع كان الحجز: غرفتين وصالة 1- الاثاث جديد ونظيف 2- الكنب عالم ثاني مريح وواسع وكذلك الأسرّة 3- دايم الفنادق تحط صوابين وشامبوات قليلة، بينما عندهم حصلنا صوابين وشامبوات كثيرة ومناسبة 4- فيه مكوة بخار وكواية 5- غلاية ماء ونسكافية وسكر وشاي ومبيض قهوة 6- مطبخ نظيف جداً وكذلك فرن ومايكرويف 7- واي فاي سريع 8- الغرف شرحة وواسعه 9- تلفزيون كبير 55 بوصه وفيه قنوات كثيرة 10- دولاب وعلاقات 11- نظافة الفندق كله الاستقبال والمصاعد والممرات نظيفة ومكيفه 12- مواقف سيارات مظللة ومجانية 13- فيه ثلاجة كبيرة جديدة وكذلك غسالة جديدة 14- تصريف المياة ممتاز ودفع المياة قوي وفيه كذلك ماء حار بالحمامات 15- مناشف كثيرة 16- عندهم كوفي بالدور الأول 17- جنبهم مطاعم متعدده وبقالة اسفل الفندق وكذلك صيدلية ومحل عصائر وقهوة وفطائر 18- كثير من المطاعم تبعد مسافة 3 دقائق، وكثير من المطاعم توفر توصيل مجاني 19- هدوء رهيب في الفندق وفيه عزل بالغرف ممتاز جداً 20- طاولة طعام بأربع كراسي وأخيراً تعامل الموظفة في الاستقبال رائع جداً جداً جداً، متعاونة وأخلاقها عالية وسريعة في تسجيل بيانات الدخول، وكذلك العامل أبصر تعامله ممتاز جداً النزيل: رائد المحمدي 18/10/1443 19/5/2022 One of the coolest, most luxurious and cleanest hotels I visited in Yanbu Reservation was: two rooms and a hall 1- The furniture is new and clean 2- Sofas are a comfortable and spacious second world, as are the beds 3- The hotels always put a few soaps and shampoos, while they have plenty of suitable soaps and shampoos. 4- It has a steam iron and an iron 5- A kettle of water, Nescafe, sugar, tea and coffee whitener 6- A very clean kitchen, as well as an oven and microwave 7- Fast Wi-Fi 8- The rooms are spacious and spacious 9- A large 55-inch TV with many channels 10- Wardrobe and ties 11- The cleanliness of the whole hotel.
