โ โ โ โ โ The place is decent. The toilet needs work and so does the kitchen. Specifically cleaning and maintenance. Location is not prime and not in walking range of any major areas.
The room and hall are clean, wardrobe is clean and has plenty of space, decent furniture, comfortable queen sized bed. No pests. The building has a grocery, Barber and a laundry downstairs so convenience is a plus.
Overall, recommended for a short term economical stay when in Saudi.
