اشتريت طابعة واعطيتهم الكمبيوتر عشان التعريف . اتضح ان جهازي نظامة قديم مايقبل التعريف .. عملوا لي فورمات للجهاز ونزلوا لي ويندوز10 وكل هذا خدمة مجانية وعرضت عليهم ادفع مقابل الخدمة رفضوا . دفعت قيمة الطابعة فقط ???? تحياتي وشكري لهم???
They served me what I expected, because it is outside their competence.
I bought a printer and gave them the computer for identification. It turned out that my device is an old system that does not accept the definition .. They formatted the device for me and downloaded Windows 10 for me and all this is a free service and I offered to pay for the service. They refused. I just paid for the printer ????
