هدفهم يجمعون فلوس بس بدون تنفيذ
- راح ياخذ من المستأجر تأمين لا يقل عن ٢٠٠٠ ريال وانسى انها ترجع لك
- المالك من الصعب انه يستلم فلوسه منهم اذا دفعت لهم
والمستأجر مثلي من الصعب انه يسترجع تأمينه بعد نهاية عقده
اغلاق الموقع بشكل دائم علشان ما تقدر الجهات الحكومية تخالفهم ويفتحونه دقايق بس علشان يثوقون عقد او بإستلام فلوس وكذا ويتقفل
التواصل من قبل اجانب ( وهذا مخالف لنظام وزارة الاسكان )
انا كا مستأجر لي الان ٣ شهور مسلم الشقة وعقدي منتهي والمصري يقول ابرفع لك طلب للإدارة علشان يحولون لك التأمين ،،،، اكلو فلوسي وحجدوني ?
