Honestly, it's a great school. I went there from Pre-k 4 (2008-2014) and stayed till 4th grade (I'm now in 11th grade). The teachers are good and know what they're doing and they also have great support for the students that need a little extra love. Their library was also 10/10 meaning they were nice and knew how to teach well, they had all the books that one could need (for school at least). I moved to Canada in 5th grade and found no difference in their teaching style and was able to very easily transition from place to place (education wise) and even though I was taught about the American government and American currency, I was able to use that knowledge and teach myself about the Canadian government and Canadian currency when I moved, so it all came in handy. I would also like to mention that when I went to AISJ I went to the old campus which probably had different teachers than today so, I don't know who teaches there anymore. There were teachers that were super sweet and stuck with me, once again I don't know if they teach anymore but if they do and you get them you're in luck. I had Ms. Light in 2nd grade (she also taught 4th) and Ms. Kafi in fourth. Both were super sweet and knew how to teach. One thing that sucks though is the tuition. It's a little expensive especially for a school and not a university, but you do get a lot for your money (Cafeteria, cafe, great teachers, updated tech, big library, clean environment, playground, a sense of belonging, etc.) This one doesn't really matter, but their field trips were so good and fun and very educational, I remember in 2nd grade when we were learning about fish they took us to a fish market so we can see everything from behind the scenes. Overall, 10/10 would recommend.

Finest school I have ever been to. I’ve learned so much and have enjoyed all the arts programs that AISJ has to offer in this new campus. 5* auditorium with amazing light and sound options. Great for making friends and so much fun. Recommend this school to anyone living in JED. (Edit): During COVID-19 AISJ has done a great job making a great online learning experience.

The teachers personally victimize students, the students don’t feel safe and many students have complaint about feeling personally attacked by the principal

Overpriced and very little American about it. More like the Lebanese International School of Jeddah. Some of the teaching staff not forthcoming about their educational diplomas. Very strange.
