1) On Google maps I showed her the closed branch I went to, wasting over a hour in traffic, she said "We already updated the location". I said the previous location should say "PERMANENTLY CLOSED" not open until 5pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever, their phone numbers written on the card is not updated. When I called ask for help they did not do anything to help. Don’t get Amex for Saudi it’s not working everywhere
Will definitely cancel Amex and use Visa much easier and accepted anywhere
