โ โ โ โ โ Love the products but a very disrespectful service and very lazy staff the 2 stars could be 5 but if they were a new brand they're barely take one star with the level of service you get now a days , I used to really like the staff before "they made the brand proud" and shame on you brand owner.

โ โ โ โ โ It's excellent brand and the fabric is very nice, I only have one a small note ? I hope KSA website and store provide all kinds of goodies as US American Eagle, some t-shirts I really like it but I buy it from US, not yet available at KSA.

Unfortunately extremely bad service in the branch. No one available to answer the question or to help finding the right size. When asked about the size, answer was given in an extremely rude way โall what is available is on the shelvesโ
Extremely bad.
Shelves are extremely badly organized. Sizes not available and no one ready to help.
Bad experience.

โ โ โ โ โ Look i get that at the end of working hours employees can get tired but that doesnโt mean their allowed to be disrespectful i wanted to talk to the guy he didnโt even share a look it was 10:30 pm and they turned the light off and everything i came a long way and he couldnโt talk as human .. i looooooove American eagle and the hole franchise but this employee just not worth working in this beautiful company thank you.
