★ ★ ★ ★ ★ انا مستخدم قديم لأجهزة ويرلبول. اردت ان اسأل البائع صغير السن في هذا الفرع سؤال فني بسيط، اعتذر بعدم معرفته ولكن عندما شكوت له من تدني جودة الأجهزة الجديدة من تجربتي، انبري يثرثر يمينا وشمالا دون توقف ويقارن بالسيارات وغيرها بالكاد وجدت فرصة لمغادرة المحل. اتمني تدريب موظف المبيعات علي مهارات البيع والمحافظة علي العميل.
I am an old user of Whirlpool. I wanted to ask the young seller in this branch a simple technical question, I apologize for not knowing it, but when I complained to him about the low quality of the new devices from my experience, I went to the right and the north without interruption and compared to the cars and others I barely found an opportunity to leave the shop. I hope that the sales person will be trained in sales skills and customer maintenance.
