وقام بأرسال فريق الصيانه وعمل اللازم وزياده

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ يحتاج الي كثير من الخصومات حدك في نسبة الخصم الي ١٥ في الميه ولكن غالي ويحتاج الي ثلاجات الولبربول لان موقفه لدي شركات زقزوق من المصدر في امريكا وفي عندهم مكنسة زيتروست سيئه لان خرباته كثيره

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكيفات جنرال وكيلها الزقزوق ، تم شراء ٣ مكيفات من عندهم من هذا الفرع و التركيب كذلك من عندهم ،، لكن للأسف من يوم الشراء المكيفات فيها صوت غريب و بعد فترة انخرب الاول و طلبت الصيانة و يجو بعد ٣ اسابيع للاسف ،، و بعدها اتخرب الثاني و كان لسه على الضمان و يحتاج قطع لانها كانت مصديه و لسه ما كملت سنتين ماطلوني شهر و نصف يبغوا الضمان يخلص الى ان اشتكيت لوزارة التجارة جابوا القطع و ركبوها و بعد ٣ اشهر كان الضمان انتهى و اتخرب نفس المكيف حقيقة لم اتواصل معاهم لانه الصيانة لديهم سيئة و بطيئة جداااااا يجوا بعد ٣ أسابيع و يا ليت يعملوا صيانة جيدة على قد ارتفاع مبلغ الصيانة و التنظيف لديهم ،، حقيقة آخر تعامل معهم بخصوص المكيفات جنرال ،، نجمة كثير عليهم

Bad and very slow. They come after 3 weeks, and if only they do good maintenance, the amount of maintenance and cleaning they have has increased, the fact of the last deal with them regarding air conditioners, general ,, a lot of them.
