★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل جيد، ولكن المصداقية ليست كما ينبغي، حيث قمت بشراء ثلاجة صغيرة من عندهم وطلبت واحدة جديدة بالكرتون، غير المعروضة عندهم. فأخبروني باستلامها في اليوم التالي حيث سيحضرونها من المستودع.
وعندما حضرت في الغد لاستلامها وجدت أنهم أعطوني التي في المعرض بعد أن قاموا بإعادة تغليفها ووضعها في الكرتون، ولم يخبروني بذلك؛ ظنا منهم أن حركتهم (بتمشي) على الزبون.
وفي الأخير أخذتها نظرا لحاجتي لها وأسريت الأمر في نفسي ولم أبده لهم.
كتبت هذا التعليق حتى ينتبه الجميع عند التعامل معهم، وحتى هم أيضا يحترموا عملائهم ويتحروا المصداقية معهم.
Good deal, but the credibility is not as it should be, as I bought a small refrigerator from them and asked for a new one in a carton, which is not shown by them. They told me to pick it up the next day as they would bring it from the warehouse.
And when I came the next day to receive it, I found that they gave me the one in the exhibition after they rewrapped it and put it in the carton, and they did not tell me that; They thought that their movement (walking) on the customer.
In the end, I took it because I needed it, and I kept the matter in myself and did not show it to them.
I wrote this comment so that everyone pays attention when dealing with them, and so that they also respect their customers and investigate credibility with them.
