★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ارجو الانتباه من كذب واستغلال هذا المكتب يماطل ويستغل وتسمع كلام زي العسل ولكن يتفننو في الضحك على الناس ولما تطلب فلوسك بعد مرمطة يزلك لآخر لحظة ممكن يستفيد من الفلوس فيها عند تقديم الشكوى يعطي افادته تعال خذ شيك عشان تقفل الشكوى في مساند ولكن طلبت تحويلها فجلس يماطل حتى تم ايقاف الخدمات فانتبه ياجماعة الخير الي يصير معاه موقف زي كدة لازم يشتكي وما يسكت عشان لا يضحك على غيرنا.. والمشكلة يقول تبي فلوس احولها لك ولما تطلبها يماطلك وما يرد عليك
فأتمنى اي واحد صار فيه زي ما صار معي لا يسكت عشان لا يأخذ فرصة ويضحك على غيرنا... والي مو مصدق براحته بس الي يصير معاه نفس المشكلة لا يسكت ويفيد الناس...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل المكتب وتعامل صاحب المكتب سيء جدا جدا.. مجرد استلام المبلغ ماحد يرد عليك.. عاملتي وصلت وعرفت انها وصلت من مكتب الدولة الاخرى لان مكتب اليمامه مايردون وماقدرت استلمها بسبب عدم تجاوب المكتب على اتصالاتي ورسائلي الا بعد وصولها باكثر من اربع ايام للاسف بعد شكوى. ورفعت شكوى بمساند وبعدها صاحب المكتب يرسلي الساعه 4 الفجر يقول مالك حق تشتكي وانا اعرف شلون ارد "?"، وبعده يدق علي مصري يقولي الغي الشكوى.. جد تستغرب من هالمكتب "?"
