★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل الصيدلي يوم الاربعاء ١٦/١٢/٢٠٢٠ الساعه ١١ م جداً سي وغير محترم ويفتقد لمهارة التواصل واحترام العميل بالاضافة لعدم الاهتمام بلبس الكمامة غير موجودة اصلاً على وجهه- تم الدخول للصيدلية والسلام والوقوف حتى ينتهى من الجوال (مشغول يكتب ويضحك بالجوال) واستاذنته هل اطلب ولا استنى يرد بنبره مستفزه انتا تطلب على طول مش لازم اني ابص فيك ولا في اي حد طبعاً ماكثرت معاه وقلتله مش لازم اطلب بالطريقة دي يرد برحتك. تعامله غير محترم ولايوجد اي اهتمام بالعميل وغير مطبق للاجراءات الاحترازية
ان شاء الله ماكتبت الا الي سار معايا وصاحب الصيدلية ممكن يرجع للتصوير للتأكد.
The pharmacist dealt on Wednesday, 12/16/2020 at 11 pm, very disrespectful and lacks the skill of communication and respect for the client in addition to the lack of interest in wearing the muzzle that is not originally present on his face - he entered the pharmacy and peace and standing until he finishes the mobile (busy writing and laughing on mobile) and asking him if I ask I do not wait for him to respond with a provocative tone. You are asking for a long time. I do not have to look at you, nor for anybody. His dealings are not respectful, there is no interest in the customer and no precautionary measures are applied
God willing, I only wrote to those who walked with me, and the owner of the pharmacy may return to the photo to be sure.
