★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب فاشل للاسف الشديد والعامل الهندي هو الي يتواصل مع صاحب الحلال والموظف ليس لديه صلاحيات اضافة الى انهم غرموني ٢٠٠ ريال بسبب بخش بسيط جدا في الصدام لايستحق الغرامه ابدا .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ للاسف الشديد صادفت كادر محترم في خدمة العملاء ولكن يشترط المكتب التوقيع على سند لأمر " بدون تحديد للمبلغ ايضا " لأستلام السيارة. اتمنى من المسؤول تغيير هذه السياسة والقبول بالتجارة كما هي بما فيها من مخاطر وعدم اللجوء لأساليب ملتويه.
( تم الغاء العقد لهذا السبب )

الشركه هذي مستأجر منها لي سنه ونص سياراتهم حلوه اسعارهم رائعه مصداقيتهم عاليه و موظفينهم في الصيانه او في المكتب او حتى في الاداره العليا كان تعاملهم معي غاية في الرقي والانسانيه والنبل رغم اني ما لي سابق معرفه فيهم وبعد اتاخر عليهم ويشهد الله اسلوبهم ما تغير ..
يمكن بالغت لكن اتكلم من واقع تجربه ٢٠ سنه في مكاتب الايجار اغلبهم الا من رحم ربي واطيين في التتعامل وحراميه وانتهازيين ٫٫
نادر الواحد يشوف شركة في مجال ايجار السيارات يكون
تعاملهم مبني على احترام العميل لذلك وجب علي شكرهم ونقل تجربتي بدون تحيز او مبالغه واتمنى من باقي الشركات في جميع التخصصات الحذو حذوهم لانهم نموذج مشرف وشكراً

This company is rented by me for a year and a half. Their cars are nice, their prices are great, their credibility is high, and their employees are in maintenance, in the office, or even in the upper management. Their dealings with me were very classy, humane and noble, even though I had no previous knowledge of them and after I was late for them and God bears witness that their style has not changed..
I may have exaggerated, but I am speaking from the reality of 20 years of experience in rental offices, most of them are except those on the mercy of my Lord and are soft in dealing, thieves and opportunists..
