الملاحظة فقط هي التأكيد على تغيير لبس القفاز الى قفاز جديد اثناء مسك الدجاج البرجر او البطاطس … لان العمال يحاسبون ويمسكون اجهزة الصرف والصندوق بقفاز واحد ثم بعدها يعدون الاكل بنفس القفاز .. وهذا ينقل الجراثيم الى الاكل
والافضل وجود محاسب خاص غير معدين الاكل
The taste is okay..

It is better to have a private accountant who does not prepare food
