- lift problem there are only 4 lifts which is not enough for a such big hotel
- @food court it should be managed properly for offering them food for such a large gatherings

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice hotel to stay at when you visit for Umrah or Hajj, not too far away from the Haram and the rooms and services aren't bad either. And if one is from Nigeria like me, will feel more at home because a lot of Nigerians lodge here.
