تعامل سيء
ويتاخرون في افتتاح المحل بعد الصلاة قد تصل الى ساعة والمحل لم يفتح
لا انصح بالتعامل معهم اطلاقا
 The staff are very bad
Bad treatment
They delay in opening the store after praying up to an hour, and the shop has not opened
I do not recommend dealing with them at all

ما فيه الا موظف واحد يعرف يشتغل و اذا غاب او كان يوم اجازته الموظفين الثانين ما يعرفون شي يقولون لازم ننتظره يجي فتعالو يوم ثاني.
مهزله صراحه، كل العملاء اللي كانو معاي بالمحل طلعو و ما تم خدمتهم قالو لنا تعالو اذا فلان داوم! اللي فيه ما يعرفون شي ، اقلها يتعلمون طيب.
المفترض اذا غاب "الموظف المثالي" يقفلون المحل.
ردا على المحل: كل اللي صار كان بوقت الدوام الرسمي
I would never recommend the shop ever, until someone gets involved ❌
There is only one employee who knows how to work, and if he is absent or it is his day off, the other employees do not know anything. They say we must wait for him to come, so come another day.
An honest joke, all the customers who were with me in the shop came out and were not served, they told us, come, if so and so stay! Those who don't know anything, at least they learn well.
Supposedly, if the "ideal employee" is absent, they close the shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيء سيء جدا ، عملت طلبيه وقالوا لي حتجهز بالوقت الفلاني جيتهم بعد الوقت المتفق بيوم و يقول لي ما جهز والله لان الي يسوي طلبك اجازة و ما جا طيب ليه محد تكلم من اول وانا احتاجها لمناسبه اليوم فعلا انحطيت بوقف بايخ ؟
ما جيت مره لقيت موظفهم هذا الي يسوي كل شيء طيب ليش فاتحين من غيره؟!
Bad, very bad. I made an order and they told me to prepare at the time. I came to them one day after the agreed time, and he tells me what is ready, I swear to God, because the one who settles your request is a vacation, and he did not come.
I didn't come once to find this employee of theirs who settles everything well. Why are they conquerors of others?!
