كلام غير منطقي وليس فيه اي خدمة للعميل انك ترد بطلب الذهاب للمحل .. لو كنت قريب من المحل او متأكد بوجود طلبي لديك ما تكلفت بالاتصال وذهبت مباشرة للمحل .. اتصالي كان لمعرفة ان كانت القطع متوفرة ومعرفة اسعارها قبل ان اتحمل تكلفة الذهاب للمحل .. واذا كان خدمتكم بهذا الشكل فلماذا وضع هاتف للاتصال او التواصل .
وما شاء الله استطعتم الرد على التعليق ولم تستطيعوا الرد على الاتصالات لمدة ثلاثة ايام . ?

 Communications are not answered permanently.
It is illogical and does not contain any service to the customer that you respond by requesting to go to the store .. If you were close to the shop or were sure that you had my order, you would not have been charged with calling and went directly to the store .. My call was to find out if the parts were available and know their prices before I assumed the cost of going to the store .. And if your service is like this, why put a phone to call or communicate?
God willing, you were able to respond to the comment, and you were unable to respond to the calls for three days. ?
