هذا المكتب تعاملت معه
1- مكتب غالي ومخططاتة ما تستاهل السعر يعني مهندسين ما عندهم ابداع في التصميم وانت تبغى تصمم بيت العمر هذا المكتب مهو مكانك ام اذا تبغى تدفع على مخطط ابو كلب روح جرب بس ترا التجربة بفلوس فا دور مكتب عليه الكلام
انا بالنسبة لي (مكتب الرفاعي) ممتاز لقيت عندهم مخطط سعرو ممتاز وابدع بس انت قلهم كيف تتخيل بيتك وهم يعطونك افكار الين بكرة ومبدعين مهندسين سعوديين ممتازين
2-اذا بغيت تسوي عندهم وما في امل تغير فا نصيحة لا تعطيهم ريال الين تشوف المهندس هل بيعجبك ولا لا نصيحه اسمع من مجرب اعطيتهم دفعة اولى وبعد ثلاث جلسات مع المهندس دريت انه مشي حالك وانا ابغا بيت العمر ما ابغا بيت تصميمة فلل قبل 50سنة فاقلت لهم خلاص انا معد ابغا اكمل معكم فقالو خلاص ناخذ حق الثلاث جلسات قلت مافية مشكلة ولي ثلاث شهور اطاردهم والى الان ما رجعو ريال فا انتبه من شخص يتهاون في حقوق الناس وترى بيضحك لك ويدو رضاك علشان ياخذ منك الفلوس واذا طالبت بفلوسك دور له اذا حصلته وترون الكلامي كلة مع صاحب المكتب مهو موضف عندة
