★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تعامل البائع كان غير مهني البتة وأسلوبه طارد للزبائن.
طلبنا طاولة بلون معين (حسب المعروض) في الصالة فأعطانا لون مختلف وعند الرجوع له ذكر بأن اللون المعروض هو آخر الموجود فقررنا تغيير نوع الطاولة فطلب منا دفع مبلغ إضافي (٢٠ ريال) بالرغم من أن سعر الطاولتين كان متشابه وكان قد خصم لنا العشرين في المرة الأولى ورفض في الطاولة الثانية!
وعند نقاشه حول هذا الأمر ذكر بأن لون الطاولة الأولى(المعروضة) - والتي كنا نريدها- كان قد تغير لونها بفعل الشمس وقت جلوسها في المعرض!! وهذا سبب اختلاف اللونين في المرة الأولى. يعني أرد أن يغشنا بإعطائنا لطاولة أثرت عليها الشمس!! ومع ذلك رفض خفض السعر للطاولة الثانية! و قال بكل برود :( خذوا فلوسكم إذا ما أعجبتكم).
وعند خروجنا ذهب للسيارة و فتح الباب - بدون استئذان - لأخذ بقية الطاولات!! كان من الأحرى به طلبها منا وليس فتح الباب بشدة (باب سيارة الفان الجانبي يفتح آليا).
التجربة كانت سيئة و نحمد الله أننا لم نشتري منه.
The seller's behavior was very unprofessional and customer repulsive.
We asked for a table of a certain color (according to the display) in the hall, and he gave us a different color, and when we returned to him, he mentioned that the displayed color is the last available, so we decided to change the type of table, so he asked us to pay an additional amount (20 riyals) even though the price of the two tables was the same, and he discounted us twenty on the time The first was rejected at the second table!
When discussing this matter, he mentioned that the color of the first table (displayed) - which we wanted - had changed color due to the sun at the time it was sitting in the exhibition!! This is why the two colors are different the first time. I mean, I want him to cheat us by giving us a table that was affected by the sun!! However he refused to cut the price for the second table! And he said coldly: (Take your money if you like it).
And when we got out, he went to the car and opened the door - without permission - to take the rest of the tables!! He should have asked for it from us and not opened the door too hard (the van's side door opens automatically).
The experience was bad and we thank God that we did not buy from him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ خدمة مابعد البيع سيئه - شريت طاولة خدمه وطاولة تلفزيون قبل 10 ايام وركبتها امس ولم تناسب المنزل وطلبت تبديل للالوان وليس ترجيع ورفضو ذلك لمرور 10 ايام علماً بان سياسة الترجيع والاستبدال غبر مرفقه بالفاتوره ارجو من صاحب المحل افادتي بحل للمشكلة
Bad after-sales service - I bought a service table and a TV table 10 days ago and installed it yesterday and it did not fit the house. I asked for a color change, not a return, and they refused it for 10 days, knowing that the return and exchange policy is not attached to the invoice. I hope the owner of the shop advise me of a solution to the problem
