Unbelievably BAD internet service. 39 days, nearly 6 weeks and counting and my parcel has not been sent. When I ring they promise to send it quickly and promise to inform me, but they have done nothing. Really TERRIBLE ONLINE SERVICE. ? And for the last three weeks they do not answer they did not even answer my phone calls or reply to their whatsapp app or email, one of the worst trailers in Saudi Arabia in my opinion ? ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to visit this branch and to my dismay that the assisting staff don't allow us to touch anything on display and told us that we can watch on youtube if we want to know how the parts of a certain machine/equipment is. Not recommended branch to visit. Much better to go on Xtra or Xcite if you want to buy home appliances or gadgets.
