….اضطريت ارفع شكوى رسمية ….تأخير في التسليم ، ورفضوا البدء في التركيب حتى ادفع كامل المبلغ ، رفضوا دفع اي تعويض عن التأخير
Beware of their contracts!!...especially the item on receipt dates, as there is no "delay fine" clause.
.... I had to file an official complaint .... delay in delivery, and they refused to start installation until I paid the full amount, they refused to pay any compensation for the delay

وغير جودة الباب سئ جدا
جودة الدربزين سئ جدا لدرجة بيدك تهز يهز
تاخير تستلم بابك بعد 8 شهور في العقد اكثر مدة شهرين
مابي مواطن او مقيم يعيش التجربه الي عشتها معاهم في بدايل كثير بسوق
Failed company, before signing the contract, read all their terms in their favor
And the quality of the door is very bad
The quality of the handrail is so bad that your hand shakes
Delay in receiving your door after 8 months in the contract more than two months
I am not a citizen or resident who lives the experience I lived with them in many alternatives in the market
