★ ★ ★ ★ ★ السقا هي مجموعة قرى تابعه لمدينة أبها , وتبعد عن المدينة حوالى أربعة عشر كيلو مترا , وتشتهر بالمدرجات الزراعية , وتنتج بعض المحاصيل ومن أشهرها القمح عالي الجودة , وتقع السقا على الطريق الرابط بين مدينة أبها ومنتزه السودة , وتتميز باعتدال الجو صيفا , أما في الشتاء فتكون درجة الحرارة منخفضة بشكل كبير .
