★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect location surrounded by Riyadh Park, Aqiq Shop sqaure and a bunch of shops all around you. Cost 40k for the flats at the building's corners and 35k for the rest. The compound includes Small but nice facilities such as Coffe shop, Bq area, kids play ground and pool area. Fits small families of 4 including a miad. Overall, one of the best compounds in Riyadh (Value For Money )so far. Good luck

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A new and nice value for money complex, it includes some facilities as coffee shop, gym, pool and children room but mostly are tiny size and equipment aren't installed till my last visit on 26th October
Most of the apartments have tiny rooms except the ones in the corners m which there rooms size is bigger with almost 15% higher rent (40k vs 35 for smaller ones,)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed in this compound for 8 months. Very secure, calm and peaceful place with prime location. Landlord is great, and personally committed to provide world-class service, Staff are professionals and friendly.
It’s definitely my place, if I ever came back to Riyadh.
