ماعندهم مهنيه ولا احترام للعميل
١. غير واضحين وغير متعاونين
٢. ما ذكروا سعر الشحن والتوصيل للمنزل
٣. المفروض بشحن الطلب يرسل الايصال بس ما أرسلوه الا بعد ماطالبت فيه (مايعنيني احد طلبه قبلي او لا هذا حق للعميل)
٤. وصلني من غير مسامير ولا اماكن لتثبيتها بالجدار
٥. قال بيحول مبلغ الارسالية تبع المكتب ولا حولها
ندمت بطلبي منهم وهي المره الاولى والاخيرة إن شاء الله، والله لا يسامحكم دفعت المبلغ على انها توصلني اغراضها كامله من غير نقصان.
The worst experience I've had when ordering online
They have no professionalism or respect for the customer
1. Unclear and uncooperative
2. What is the price of shipping and home delivery?
3. The order is supposed to be shipped by sending the receipt, but they did not send it until after I requested it (I don’t care if someone requested it before me or not, this is the right of the customer)
4. It arrived without screws or places to attach it to the wall
5. He said he will transfer the amount of the consignment to the office or around it
I regret my request from them, which is the first and last time, God willing, and God will not forgive you.
