★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الخدمة جيدة مع بطء في المواعيد وتباطؤ في التعاطي الجاد مع العميل حيث يعطي العميل اولوية بحسب حجم مشترواته وهذا تصرف يبدو انه من بنات افكار موظف الفرع حيث انه لا يمثل اي مصلحة للمنشأة فبالرغم من ان بعض العملاء مشرواتهم عالية جدا لكنها نادرة فالمحصلة هي تغلب فائدة الحركة الصغيرة على الكبيرة وعلى الادارة موازنة التعاطي مع العميل.
