★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ماعندهم أي مصداقية.. شريت منهم شناط قالوا لي نضمن لك الشناط ونبدلها لك بجديده لو صار فيها اي شيء، وبالفاتورة مكتوب ضمان شامل، ولما رجعت لهم بسبب كسر بالشنطه جحدوا قالوا نضمن بس السحابات واليد
They don't have any credibility.. I bought bags from them, they told me to guarantee the bags and replace them with new ones for you if anything happened, and in the invoice a comprehensive warranty was written, and when I returned to them because of a broken bag, they denied. They said we guarantee only the zippers and the handle.

شريت شنطة فيكتوريا قبل ست شهور وباول سفرية انفرطت السحابات وخسرت اشياء غاليه غير الاحراج بالمطار

واروح للفرع اقوله ابي اكلم الادارة يقول ما نقدر نسوي شي خليها تنفرط مره ثانيه عشان نكلم صاحب الحلال ايش هذا الاسلوب!!!
عندي شنطة سفر شريتها من سوبرماركت اغذية جودتها احسن من مراحل وجلست معي عشر سنين للاسف خيبتوا ظني !!
