★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is atrocious. If you’re not an Arab then it seems like they’re not interested in your business. They don’t always have fixed prices. There’s a man called Saalim who was rude and condescending. We bought a thobe from here for 189SR (Black -Rethobe) we returned 2 days later and he was asking for 230SR for the same thobe. I won’t be returning to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely rude staff member. Horrible person who has no manners. Doesn’t give the time and space to browse and shop. Treats a paying customer very disrespectfully. I would not recommend anyone visiting from another country come to this shop whilst this dreadful individual is still employed there.
Learn some manners and treat people with respect and they will come back and give you more business!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This store shows open on Google but when I arrived it was closed. I was most disappointed as I took a taxi from the haram specially to visit the store. There isn’t even an indication saying that they closed down or if they relocated.
