★ ★ ★ ★ ★ التعامل غير احترافي تم حجز حجر فندقي من ٢ يونيو و لم يتم ارسال سند القبض تم ارسال صورة الحجز فقط و لما طالبنا الموظف عن طريق الواتس رد علينا بمراجعه الادارة و ارسل لنا الموقع رغم انه عند الحجز افاد في رسائله ان سند القبض قبل ٢٤ ساعه من وصول الشخص للمطار

I have booked my ticket with them they just take the money and saying ticket will be issued 24 hrs before departure. when my flight date comes they said your flight is delayed 2 days, after 2 days again they said your flight is delayed one week. When I ask to show me my ticket booking number they didn't even book the ticket they just take the money. when I ask for a refund they deduct 420 SAR for no reason. Please don't deal with these nonsense people.
