Yesterday evening I needed to purchase something from a household shop, so I went there. In minutes I had the item and stood in front of the cashier. It took 20 minutes to clear two customers. When it was my turn, he couldn't figure out the screen and claimed it is defective. His colleague on the next cashier box was doing fine. I left the shop without my purchase.
You can have the best products in your shop, but if you don't have competent staff, you lose customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very overrated place. We were misguided by the social media influencers. They advertised the products as they were the top quality ever. I bought the air fryer I used it for less than 3 months before it malfunctioned.

They need to update their opening time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good glassware and silverware, great prices, also have some cheap pretty decent cookware. Overall pretty good except for the customer service, could be better, but then again I don't think it would be realistic to ask that considering the prices.
