It was a very beautiful shopping experience and the staff treated very elegant and they did not limit the prices with me even though all their pieces are imported and not locally made like other jewelry stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اول المنتجات فريدة ويتميز بواجهة وخدمة ماقبل البيع اكثر من رائعة ولكن سياسية مابعد البيع والاسترجاع والتبديل سيئة ومجحفة للغاية.. حيث وجد عيب مصنعي بمنتج بعد اقل من ٢٤ ساعه ورفض المتجر ارجاعها او استبدالها.. وتم ابلاغي بالتوجه لوزارة التجاره والابلاغ عن المنتج والعيب المصنعي ..(شين وقوي عين) ولكن تم عرض علي ان اصلحها من حسابي الخاص او ان يشتروها مني بنصف السعر ? مهزله بالفعل ..على العموم لاتوجد سياسة تحفظ حق العميل انما العكس..
