★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مايستاهلون حتى نجمه لكن عشان اقدر اعلق.. ماانصح بالتعامل معاهم نهائي.. يماطلون بالتسليم ومافيه مصداقيه دافعه فاتوره على منتج ووصلني مختلف تماما ويبغوني ادفع فرق زياده!!
ماانصح فيهم ولا اسامحهم على الي صار وحتى السواق الي وصل لي زعلان منهم يقول انا مو تبعهم بس اوصل وثلاث مرات اوصل لهم وكل مره يصير فيه مشكله خلاص ماراح اوصل لهم ثاني مره يعني الواضح انهم مع كل الزباين المصداقيه معدومه
رفعت عليكم بلاغ واوعدكم اني احذر اي شخص من التعامل معاكم
They don't even deserve a star, but so that I can comment.. I do not advise dealing with them definitively.. They delay delivery and there is no credibility to pay a bill for a product and I received a completely different one and they want me to pay an extra difference!!
I do not advise them and do not forgive them for what happened. Even the drivers who came to me are upset with them. He says I do not follow them, but I deliver three times to them, and every time there is a problem, I will not reach them for the second time. It is clear that they are with all customers, the credibility is lacking.
I filed a report against you and I promise you that I will warn anyone not to deal with you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ سيئين لابعد حد وخدمه مابعد البيع سيئه وتعامل اسواء اشتريت منهم مكيف من وقت التركيب و فيه تهريب وخلل في تركيبهم للمكيف تم التواصل معهم بعد مده ارسلو عامل يعبي الفريون ورجعت نفس المشكله ولا فيه تعويض او حل ، اضطريت ابدله بمكيف اخر

I bought an air conditioner from them from the time of installation, and there was smuggling and a defect in their installation of the air conditioner. After a while, they sent a worker to fill freon, and the same problem came back, and there is no compensation or solution, I had to replace it with another air conditioner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ بصراحه ماانصح بالتعامل معاهم اول شي الموعد مو دقيق كل شوي ياخرونه ويوم ركبو المكيف التركيب مو مضبوط ماكمل سبع شهور الفريون يهرب كلمناهم ضبطوه من جهه وبعد شهر هرب مت جهه ثانيه نصيحه خاصه علي زاكر والمصري اللي معاه شغل مش حالك
