وان شاءالله مستمره معاه وانزل اكثر. والاستاذ عصام جدا انسان محترم وبيساعدك ويجاوب ع كل الاسئله بسعه صدر وبيشرح بالتفاصيل. صراحه حبيت تجربتي معاهم .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ تجربة جداً جداً جميلة و مرضيه باشتراكي في الرشاقه السعيده من رقي في تعامل و اهتمام بأبسط التفاصيل لمتابعة المشترك من قبل الدكتور و المسؤول عن الاشتراكات ... وبفضل من الله ومن ثم مساندتهم لي لخسارة الوزن الزائد ، خسرت من وزني ما يقارب ١٨ كيلو جرام ،، وما زال التحدي و الاصرار مستمر .. للوصول للوزن المثالي ،، بتشجيع منهم ؛ ومن اطعم و الذ المنتجات ( القهوه الخضراء ،وعصير ستيب، وشوربة الخضار، وشكولاتات ،والكوكيز) .. وكل الشكر والتقدير والإمتنان لكل من الدكتور المختص و مسوؤل الاشتراك .. وبالتوفيق.?

كنت على وشك عمل بالون معده لكن الاهل نصحوني بالاشتراك في الرشاقه السعيده تحديدا عند الدكتور محمد.
.
اشتركت ٦ أشهر و توكلت على الله و الحمد لله كانت نقطة تحول في حياتي.. خسرت ٣٠ كيلو في ٣ شهور البعض فكر اني عملت تكميم معده.. .و كل شي جميل عندهم في الفرع من استقبال و ابتسامه واحترام.. و شكر خاص للدكتور محمد بنسبة ليا أفضل دكتور تغذية بجدة بشهادة الجميع.. انسان محترم يرد على استفساراتك في اي وقت.. و يحمسك و يعطيك جرعه تحدي و امل..

I was about to make a stomach balloon, but my family advised me to participate in the happy fitness of Dr. Muhammad.

I subscribed for 6 months and relied on God, and praise be to God. It was a turning point in my life .. I lost 30 kilos in 3 months. Some thought that I had a stomach sleeve ... and everything is beautiful for them in the branch of reception, smile and respect .. And special thanks to Dr. Muhammad, according to me, is the best nutrition doctor in Jeddah, with the testimony of everyone .. a respectable person who answers your inquiries at any time .. and he excites you and gives you a dose of challenge and hope ..

لكن عندي ملاحظات يمكن تهم اللي اشتركوا معهم اونلاين
خذ بالك لما ترسل ترى في اكثر من حد يرد عليك واشك ان بعضهم مو مختصين لذلك اذا تعرف دكتور معين اطلبه بالاسم مباشره
انظمتهم مصممه مع منتجاتهم يعني تلقى مثلا قبل الفطور اشرب قهوه كذا وقبل الغداء اشرب شاي كذا يعني يبونك تعتمد على منتجاتهم اللي فعاليتها مو ذاك الزود الكلام على النظام
فأنتبه ولا تخليهم يسوقون منتجاتهم على دماغك تقدر تمشي على النظام بدونها وتستبدلها بالشاي والقهوه العاديه
وكمان يمكن تواجه اهمال لاتصدق انهم مهتمين هم بعد ما ياخذون الفلوس ما يهمهم حاجه لذلك انتبه لنفسك اذا عندك اي ملاحظات او بدت عندك اعراض تواصل معهم ولاحقهم بالاسئله ودقق معهم
وعلى فكره انا ما قررت اكتب ذي المراجعه الا بسبب المبالغات اللي قريتها في التعليقات وخصوصا اللي يتنافسون على مدح محمد عبدالعزيز
هدوا اللعب شويه ترى ما في جوايز
اقسم بالله ما قلت الا الحق فيهم ..وعشان ما تفكروني اكذب انا قيمتهم باربعه نجوم لاني استفدت منهم في الاخير لكن الصدق مو محترفين وشغلهم فيه شويه اعتباطيه

Their systems are designed with their products, I mean, receive, for example, before breakfast, drink coffee like this, and before lunch, drink tea like this.
Pay attention and do not let them market their products to your brain. You can walk the system without it and replace it with regular tea and coffee.
Also, you may face neglect. Do not believe that they are interested. After they take the money, they do not care anything. So, be careful for yourself. If you have any comments or seem to have symptoms, contact them and follow them with questions and check with them.
And by the way, I did not decide to write this review except because of the exaggerations I read in the comments, especially those who compete for the praise of Muhammad Abdulaziz

I swear to God, I only said the truth about them..and because you don't think of me, I'm lying. I valued them with four stars because I benefited from them in the end, but honesty is not professional and their job in it is a bit arbitrary.
