★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was great, outlet was awesome, there was free tea for people waiting for take away orders. Payment through credit card was acceptable. Serving order number was displayed on two large screens so after placing order you can just sit back and wait for your order to be served. They have family area and dedicated area for catering orders. I found romansiyah expensive than cabrito which is a very good spot for khabsa and mandi lovers. But still i liked it very much.

We like zurbyan rice with chicken and maqlobah and soup ? with Um Ali
All of these things very delicious

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently the team introduced chicken & mutton biriyani (indian style) sorry to say it was a disappointment. What was shown on their add isn’t what you will be served. In the image they show chicken thika but what you will be served is something else. The biriyani was very dry and with less masala. The essence of biriyani was missing. The team needs to work more on this dish to get it to perfection. I don’t recommend their indian biriyani.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though I am the frequent customer of Al- Romansiah, had a worst experience at Dammam Road branch. We ordered Laham Mandi along with other items. When the food was served, we noticed that there were two ripped pieces of lamb in a plate and simply it was like no lamb as we paid 82 SAR for it. We knew they serve 3 pieces of lamb per plate, so we called up the waitor and complained. He told to go to cashier. The cashier along with manager came to us and blamed us that we ate the laham and making the complain to get some extra laham. Oh c’mon. They did not agree for what was served to us from the kitchen. As we were from the Asian origin, they thought of making this drama instead of apologizing for their mistake. In the end, manager came up with 1 extra peice of laham. All this drama took for around 45 minutes and the rest of the food had become cold. Will never visit this place again. Sorry Romansiyah, did not expect this from your staff. Please train your staff to stop judging people from their origin. We are not going back. ????????????????????
