★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does't deserve even a single star. Worst experience in this branch, I ordered by phone for a pickup after Asr. I was at the branch 10 min after Asr and the staff was present inside. From then, I had to wait for more than an hour just for the branch to be opened. I mean why were the staff roaming around inside when 15 or more people were waiting outside for more than an hour. Really pathetic to be honest. Then spent 15+ min at the pickup counter for the order. The staff at the pick up counter was extremely rude and shouted at the customers who were waiting for such a long time outside. Never going to this branch again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Arabic (especially Yemni) food experience in the KSA. Just recently they have introduced South Asian style biryani, both in beef and chicken with mint sauce (Gareen Chatni). Along with the delivery service, they also provide catering service. Their chargers are very reasonable as compare to the quality they deliver.

I give him one star because management is really bad .I wait for my parcel one and half hours.
Please manage your management .Next time I come their and I found your management is good I give you millions stars .thanks
