★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لا انصح بالتعامل معهم تجربتي معهم سيئه هناك اخطاء في التصميم لم تتضح الا بعد البناء وقد كلفني التعديل الكثير والمهندس غير جيد
I do not recommend dealing with them. My experience with them is bad. There are errors in the design that did not become clear until after construction. The modification cost me a lot and the engineer is not good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مكتب سيئ جداً في جميع النواحي ، عملهم غير متقن وغير مكتمل . يحاولون تقديم العمل باي صورة اخطاء فنية كارثية . من المفترض سحب رخصة عملهم والغاء تصريحهم.
العمل يقدم في صورة بدائية جداً . المخططات قدمت لي في ثلاث لوحات فقط ، المخططات ناقصة في المعلومات والتفاصيل الهامة للمقاول والمشرف والمالك غير موجدة. لاتوجد مخططات انشائية مكتملة. لاتوجد مخططات معمارية مكتملة لاتوجد مخططات للواجهات والكهرباء والسباكةاطلاقاً .
المهندس الانشاء نقص 40٪ من تسليح الميدات وعند سؤاله اجاب ((عادي مايضر))
حسبنا ونعم الوكيل .
احذروا من التعامل معه .
Very bad office in all respects, their work is sloppy and incomplete. They are trying to present the work in any way, catastrophic technical errors. Their work permit is to be withdrawn and their permit revoked.
The work is presented in a very primitive form. The schematics were presented to me in only three panels. The schematics are missing information and important details for the contractor, supervisor and owner are missing. There are no completed construction plans. There are no complete architectural plans. There are no plans for facades, electricity and plumbing at all.
The construction engineer has reduced 40% of the armaments of the medina, and when asked, he replied ((normally, it does not hurt)).
We count and yes agent.
Beware of dealing with him.
