★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اشهد الله انه أسوأ مكتب للايجار تعاملت معه في حياتي، خدمه العملاء من موظفي الاستقبال خاصه فرع حراء سيئه للغايه واسوب فظ وتعالي وكبر غير طبيعي، وعندما اشتكينا للاداره لم يفعلوا اي شئ ولم يقدموا حتى اعتذار عما بدر من موظفي الاستقبال..
وحسبنا الله ونعم الوكيل فيهم..
I testify to God that it is the worst office for rent I have ever dealt with in my life. The customer service of the reception staff, especially the Hira branch, is very bad, rude, arrogant, and unnatural. When we complained to the management, they did nothing and did not even offer an apology for what happened from the reception staff.
God is sufficient for us, and He is the best agent for them.

يومين اتصل عليكم واتصل على الرقم الموجود في العقد اتصال ورسايل واتساب ورسايل sms ولا فيه اي تجاوب ..
والله تهاون لابعد الحدود وعدم احترام العميل وغدم التجاوب معاه .. لو اني انسان سيء كان ما همني سيارتكم وعساكم لا اتصلتو لكن سيارتكم امانه عندي ولا تردون علي !!..

اولا عندي جميع الاثباتات اني تواصلت معاكم الاربعاء والخميس وجميع الرسائل والاتصالات موجوده، وليس يوم الجمعه واحنا في رمضان اتمنى شويه مصداقيه بارك الله فيك، وكيف تبيني اتوجه للمكتب وانا خارج مدينة جده !! عشان كذا كنت اتمنى احد يرد علي
