اشتريت شواية كهرباء ووصلوها لي واكتشفت انها غاز بعد ما رميت الكرتون.. وصاروا ما يردون علي…
لاحظ انهم ما يعلقون الا على خمس او اربع نجوم!!

Note that they only comment on five or four stars!!

منتج AMAX مكنسه خربت والسبب قيل لي استخدام كهرباء ١١٠؟؟؟؟؟ ماعندي اصلا ١١٠، وبعدين قالولي ماء؟؟؟؟
لهم شهر وفي النهاية يقولون مايصلحونه ولازم رسوم تصليح ؟
هذا غير رسوم اصدار فاتورة ٥٠ ريال في النهاية ما استفدنا ولا شي
عاجز عن التعليق مستاء جدا ولا انصح احد بالتعامل معهم ولن اتعامل معهم بعد اليوم ابدا
The worst technical support center I've ever had
The product of the AMAX vacuum cleaner was ruined, and the reason was I was told to use 110 electricity????? I don't have 110 at all, and then they told me water????
They have a month and in the end they say they can fix it and repair fees are required?
This is not a fee for issuing an invoice of 50 riyals in the end, we did not benefit or anything
Unable to comment, I am very upset and I do not advise anyone to deal with them and I will not deal with them after today

اروح المعرض يقول اتصل على رقم خدمة العملاء ردوا علي مرة واحدة وأرسلوا لي سيتم معالجة طلبكم وانا لي اكثر من عشرة أيام ولآ من مجيب
اتصل على رقمكم ومليييييييييت وفي جميع الأوقات لكن لا حياة لمن تنادي
ارجو من إدارة الشركة العمل على تحسين أداء قسم الصيانة

بعد الدفع لا تعرفهم ولا يعرفونك.. عماله توصيل غير مهذبه ولا مدربه. خدمه ما بعد البيع لا توجد اطلاقا.. اشتريت منهم فريزر كلفينتور باكثر من اربع الاف واكتشفت انه خربان ولا من مجيب ولا تفاعل.
يخدعونك بتنزيلهم عن السوق ب ١٠٠ ريال او حولها ثم تقول يا ليتني شريت من المحلات المعروفه لو زود وتفتك وتريح راسك على الاقل تلقى من يرد لك الصوت.
نصيحه: فر منهم فرارك من المجذوم
