โ โ โ โ โ New building, has a gym a pool and basketball court, overpriced for the small units. The compound is full of surveillance camera that is even present even inside the residence building makes privacy a big issue.
Poor management , I know at least 7 units is about to leave at the end of their contract.

โ โ โ โ โ Not family friendly, children are not welcome in this compound. If you are looking for stable housing this is not the place, a lot of residents move out shortly after moving in. surveillance cameras weirdly distributed throughout the place even inside the buildings that can make privacy is a big concern.

โ โ โ โ โ very small place, cafeteria is overpriced for no reason, Even you get charged for making your own Barbecue. Management has issues with certain nationalities and favor others. Pathetic basketball court, except for the cafeteria absolutely no sitting area. a lot of my neighbors are leaving the place for the poor management.

โ โ โ โ โ Overrated, with unprofessional management. Has a high mobility rate with people moving out very frequently.
Very small sitting area, with only one cafeteria where you cannot sit without ordering, even barbecue you are charged for it. not family friendly, not suitable for kids between 6-15.
Open gym with no dedicated time for female.
