★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service and the behaviour of the attender in Pathetic and Rude.
He has no education to handle customers. On June 9th 2022 I gave two pants for dry clean, on return I notice new marks on my paint that were not there. On informing the attender I was told that the marks were there when I dropped my clothes. On asking why a proof was not kept in a form of pic or so there was no answer.
On the first hand, all marks should have been washed out as I gave my paints for dry clean.
Further, there were some stains of blood on my paints that were not washed properly it’s a light grey coloured paint and the stains are visible very clearly to the naked eye. And was told that the stain of blood cant be cleaned by dry cleaning.
On noticing this I demanded my money back as I had to travel and can’t return my clothes for a rewash. I was told that the company policy was to return the clothes for rewashing but the amount will not be returned. Up to this point, I can understand and I do have the right to argue that I have to travel and can’t give my clothes for rewashing.
But I was also asked, "Never to come back to this shop" in a very rude way. Which was pathetic. Later will talking to his manager he cursed me. The call centre did not even respond properly to the issue and hung the phone on my face while I was talking.
