صيانه ردئيه ورفع للايجار كل سنه المويا وسخه ودايم تنقطع والمصاعد مزعجه وعقاراتهم دايما وسخه .

لكن صاحب العقار سيء جدا جدا رفع اكثر من الضعف عشان يرمم والتامين الي بتدفعه بوخذ اكثر من نصه عاي شيء المهم يخصم منه
وخصم علي نصف الايجار المتبقي
يعني لا تامن عليه ممكن باي وقت يطلعك او يرفع عليك الايجار بطريقه مبالغ جدا فيها
لا اقول سوا حسبيا الله ونعم الوكيل فيه وانا خصمه باذن الله يوم القيامه
