١/ دورات المياه . تحتاج سخان اضافي وزيادة قوة دفع الماء .
٢/ المطبخ ينقصه فرن مايكرويف . مسدس بتوغاز
قدور صاج عادي صاج القلي .أدوات مطبخ
٣/ الجلسة الخارجية المظلة تحتاج صيانة
٤/ صيانة النافورة .
٥/ رش الاستراحةبالمبيدات الحشرية
٦/ تنظيف المسبح الصغير.
٧/ ماء المسبح الكلور زايد
