واكتشفت تعرضي للخداع .
1/ احتساب الزاوية مرتين
2/ احتساب الفراغات ضمن السعر ( فراغ الثلاجة - فراغ الميكرويف - فراغ الفرن - فراغ صناديق حفظ الرز
3/ من طرق الخداع لا يكتب عدد الأمتار في العقد لأن المتفق عليه شفهيا يخالف عدد الأمتار الفعلي
4/ لا يكتب في العقد سعر المتر
5/ جودة تنفيذ الرخام سيئة .
6/ التركيب غير جيد ولابد من التعديل أكثر من مرة حتى تصل إلى المستوى المطلوب
7/ أسعاره مبالغ بها جداً
كل هذه الملاحظات عن فرعهم الموجود في الطريق الدائري الثالث في مكة
المالك يطلب ارسال صورة العقد لتلافي الملاحظات !!
هل تكتبون في عقودكم عدد الأمتار حتى تتلافون الملاحظة !!؟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ عملت عندهم مطبخ كلفني ٣٠ الف ريال تقريبا على الرغم من صغر مساحة المطبخ عندي وللاسف اولا ركبو لون ثاني واصروا انه حسب طلبي وبعد ما ثبت خطاءهم شالوا الأبواب على اساس يغيروها للون المتفق عليه وبعد فترة من التركيب راح اللون وطلع اللون القديم يعني رشوها بويه وركبوها والان حوالي سنتين احاول معاهم يحلوا مشكلتي
بدون فايدة حسبي الله عليهم ونعم الوكيل لا أنصح بالتعامل معهم أبدًا
