ا	ابوبتال on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ مسمى المستوطنة قديم جدا و لا أحد يعرف زمنه و لكن الوهط تعني في اللغة العربية المكان الهادئ المطمئن و الذي كان قديما غنيا بالأشجار و الثمار و العيون و يقال أن قديما من كان ينظر لهذه المنطقة يقول عنها جنة الله على الأرض و تاريخياً كان عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنه حين كان بأرض المغرب و رأى بها الخضرة و جمال الطبيعة قال لو لم يكن لي وادٍ بالوهط و الوهيط لمكثت بهذه الأرض و هذا يدل على مدى جمالها الطبيعي الأخاذ.
