★ ★ ★ ★ ★ لايوجد اي نوع من الضمانات او حمايه للمستهلك تدفع مبلغ وقدره ١٢٠٠ في نظاره لتكتشف بعد اسبوع بعيب في المصنع ويرفض المحل تبديلها او استرجاع
على اي اساس اذن المبلغ المدفوع عليها وبسبب عيب مصنعي لايوجد اي حمايه للمستهلك رغم المتعارف عليه عند ثبوت عيب مصني تستبدل القطعها بمثلها
There is no kind of guarantees or protection for the consumer that pays $ 1,200 in his glasses to discover after a week a factory defect and the store refuses to exchange it or take back
On what basis is the authorized amount paid on it and because of a manufacturing defect there is no protection for the consumer despite the customary when a defect is proven a factory that replaces the parts with the same

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ اعتقد ان الموظف الموجود في المعرض ليس اهل للثقة
فقد رفض اعطائي فاتوة ضريبية او حتى صورة عنها واترك لكم تفسير ذلك
كما ان اسعار النظارات المعروضة مبالغ يها اذا ما قورنت في المحلات المجاورة لنفس الجودة والخامة
اتمنى ان يقرأ صاحب المعرض او الادارة تعليقي وينتبهو الى موظفيهم
فلا استطيع للافصاح اكثر فربما اكون على خطأ واظلم احد
هذه تجربتي والسلام
I think the employee in the showroom is not trustworthy
He refused to give me a tax invoice or even a copy of it and I will let you explain it
Also, the prices of the displayed glasses are exaggerated when compared to the neighboring stores of the same quality and material
I hope the owner of the showroom or management will read my comment and pay attention to their employees موظفي
