الامر الثاني حقكم اخذينه ومضمون مالكم ومال التعقيد واستغلال ضروف الناس . مايجبكم ولا ينحد عليكم الا واحد اكل تبن واليوم حتى التبن صار غالي وعليه ضريبه .
