لا اهتمام في الأثاث ولا يوجد مناديل في الشقة
نزلت في غرفة 110 غرفتين وصالة ودورة مياه واحدة فقط ونزل المطر مع سقف المطبخ
ومع مكيف غرفة النوم
دورة مياه تمديد سباكة السيفون خارجي من السخان
تشويه بصري وتهريب الماء في الحمام كانك داخل في بركة ماء
كانت تجربة سيئة وللأسف انها أفضل الموجود في طويق بشكل عام

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الشقق ليست كالسابق، انخفضت جودة الخدمة في الشقق كثيرا، دورات المياه فيها تكسير وتلف، بعض مراوح الشفط فيها متعطلة لها أشهر، أقفال الشقق التي سكنتها بها صعوبة في فتحها وغلقها لأنها متخلخلة، العمالة كسولة نوعا ما واستجابتهم غير مقبولة، احيانا يغادرون للشقق المجاورة، لها نفس المالك، ويتركون الاستقبال فاضي!.
