★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know how to express our angers in words about the arrangements! They caused so much sufferings of the pilgrimmers. There is no correct time tables for bus, kept women, children and elderly waited long outside amidst the extremely hot weather. While we know Hajj is hard and tedious; corruption, careless and stupid acts of human are not acceptable.
Another example when we were supposed to go to Arafah and return from! They didn't provide enough bus, and police in Mina didn't allow standing passengers in the bus. As a result, many pilgrims remain stranded until our local agency hired another bus paying out of their pocket. Same thing happened on the way from Arafah to Muzdalifah. The buses provided by maktab 109 were not found. Then our agency found them on the street and had to pay approx. 10000SR (2 buses) to rent to carry pilgrims to Muzdalifa. Later we heard, the agent of the maktob released those buses by taking money (illegally)!
While it's hard to organize such a huge gathering, we've seen clear sign of corruption and carelessness, specially for the pilgrims from South East Asia. It's important to note, it's not that we're getting these services for free; Saudi Hajj authority charges for each and every (Air Coolers in Arafah, for example) the arrangements. So, they failed to deliver what we've paid for!
For whatever rights of ours were violated by them, we seek justice from Allah.
