m	mdkr gahtan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ممتازة من ناحية الاستقبال تحديدا مميزين الشباب، وايضا النظافة والاثاث جديد وغيره . سلبياتها 1.الشبكة سيئة جدا و 2. الاستغلال الواضح تحديدا من مغسلة الملابس وعامل التوصيل في الفندق (عطيت العامل ثوب وغترة قال عادي او مستعجل قال العادي يخلص بعد بكرة!! قلت ليش بعد بكرة قال هذي مغسلة كلام!!!! يعني يبيك تغسل مستعجل وياخذ السعر دبل مرتين)..ارجو من مسؤولي الشقق ملاحظة ذلك ومحاسبتهم.. غيره كل شي ممتاز Excellent in terms of reception, especially distinguished young people, as well as cleanliness, new furniture, etc. Disadvantages 1. The network is very bad and 2. The obvious exploitation, in particular by the laundry and the delivery worker in the hotel (I gave the worker a dress and a coat, he said normal or urgent, he said the normal ends after tomorrow!! A	Abu Turky on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع موقع الفندق مميز جدا بحي الاسكان اجمل احياء خميس مشيط يحيط به عدة فنادق وخدمات وسوبرماركت ومقاهي ومغسلة ملابس ومحطة وقود بها جميع الخدمات توفر مواقف خارجية جمال المظهر الخارجي ومنطقة الاستقبال المدخل والاستقبال جميل جداً وصالة استقبال فسيحة ونظيفة ومرتبة يستقبلك الاخ المصري ابو عبدالرحمن بإبتسامته وترحيب مميز وكذلك الشباب السعوديين بالتراحيب الجنوبية لتشعر بمعنى الضيافة الاصيلة ولن اخص منهم احد فكلهم مميزون ويتفانون في الخدمة السريعة الغرف واسعة نظيفة وكذلك المفارش والاثاث جديد كنبات الصالة تحتاج لتنظيف مستمر لسوء استخدام بعض النزلاء الاسعار مقبولة جداً مقارنة بالفنادق والشقق وخصوصا ان فترة الصيفية مرتفعة الاسعار في جميع الفنادق والشقق ولكن توجد مرونة عالية وتفهم ومراعاة من الاخ محمد مرسي ابو عبدالرحمن ?? التميز سرعة التجاوب في توفير ادوات النظافة المطلوبة السلبيات ادوات وعلاقات الحمامات تحتاج الى تثبيت وصيانة مستمرة وليس العيب من ادارة الشقق وانما من عدم جودة التركيب عند الانشاء the site The location of the hotel is very special in the housing district, the most beautiful neighborhood of Khamis Mushait, surrounded by several hotels, services, supermarkets, cafes, laundry and a gas station with all services. C	Cathrine Earnshaw on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ الموقع في اسكان خميس مشيط. المبنى جديد، لكن مبالغ بالديكورات الجدارية والاسقف في الممرات. السيراميك المستخدم للارضيات جيد جدا و جميل. غرفة النوم من النوعية المعاصرة خشبية جديدة ونظيفة. الكنب في الصالة بسيط و ما يزال نظيف. الثلاجة جيدة جدا تبريدها. ويوجد غاز . الانتقاد وجود المغسلة بجانب حوض غسبل الصحون بدل من وجودها في الحمام. مساحة الحمام صغيرة. لكن فيها غسالة صغيرة نصف اتوماتيك . عند الحاجة لاي خدمات اخرى يمكنك الطلب من الاستقبال. يوجد واي فاي . تغطية الاتصال بالجوال احيانا ما يوصل حسب موقع الشقة. تحتاج الشقة تنظيف ارضية بطريقة افضل قبل تسليمها للزبون الجديد. يحتاج العناية بنظافة النوافذ من الاتربة و ايضا تنظيف حوض المغسلة و الجدار المحيط بالبوتوغاز من بعض بقع الزيت الجافة. بما انه المبنى جديد، أنصح للايجار به ?. The bedroom is of contemporary quality, wood, new and clean. The sofa in the hall is simple and still clean. The refrigerator is very well cooled. There is gas. Criticism is that the sink is next to the dishwasher, rather than in the bathroom. Bathroom space is small. But it has a small semi-automatic washing machine. When you need any other services, you can request from the reception. There is wifi. Mobile phone coverage is sometimes not delivered according to the location of the apartment. The apartment needs a better floor cleaning before handing it over to the new customer. He needs to take care of cleaning windows from dust, and also cleaning the washbasin and the wall surrounding the stove from some dry oil stains. Since it is a new building, I recommend renting it ?.
